  • One Meal a Day Meal Plans and Solo Orders: Delivered daily from 7 am to 12 pm.

Saturday Orders:

  • Delivered on Friday afternoon/evening from 4 pm to 9 pm. Please refrigerate upon receipt to ensure the freshness of meals.
